Gerry, a contributor to Forbes.com, shares that you have to be giving yourself enough sleep. Try to get at least 7 hours each night, even if this means having to make a few sacrifices. With a rested and recharged body and mind, you’ll be able to fight off those feelings of burning out. 

Look For Little Ways To Find Joy In Your Day 

When your days start to feel longer and longer at work and you see yourself burning out on the horizon, John Rampton, a contributor to Inc.com, shares that one of the best things you can do for yourself is to find little times of joy in your day. This might include things like getting a more comfortable mouse for your desk, establishing a new workplace relationship, or giving yourself a treat at the end of each day.
